About The Role

We are looking for a Jr. Data Analyst – Data Visualization to join our growing Data & AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help business stakeholders make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business teams, data engineers, and analytics professionals to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations and KPI-driven reports.
• Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and application teams to resolve reporting and data issues.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Create and maintain reporting documentation, business logic, and dashboard specifications.
• Support BI governance, visualization standards, and best practices.
• Deliver actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL/MySQL)
• Experience in Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, and Reporting
• Understanding of Data Analysis and KPI Reporting
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI Reporting, or Data Visualization.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into dashboards and reports.
