Responsibilities

The Senior Architect will be responsible for the architectural design, technical strategy, and governance of software solutions across a complex, critical, and large cross-departmental and multi-disciplinary area. This role is central to a multi-year transformation journey, requiring deep expertise in the Java, React & Python stack to define and govern architectural best practices, mentor teams, and drive a cultural shift toward sophisticated Engineering Principles and Practices. The Architect must possess a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the architectural landscape, business strategy, and technical contributions to ensure the successful definition and delivery of all end-to-end projects.Responsibilities:

Define and govern the Software Development Lifecycle and architecture standards to ensure the creation of scalable, reliable, and resilient applications that align with the overall technology roadmap.Provide technical leadership and guidance across global, matrixed on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore development teams.Lead the design and hands-on implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and performant systems using Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE for the backend, and ReactJS for the frontend, incorporating Python for automation, scripting, or data-related services.1Ensure all architectural designs and solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, mitigating risks across the technology stack.

Design for operational excellence by incorporating robust incident management, problem management, and knowledge sharing into the application architecture.Strategically drive and champion Continuous Delivery and Automation efforts, including architectural oversight of Root Cause Analysis, Performance tuning strategies, and Knowledge management systems.Foster a culture of transparency, technical excellence, and innovation to maximize team productivity and architectural maturity.Communicate complex architectural decisions, project roadmap, and status to senior stakeholders and technical teams across the organization, including internal negotiation. Qualifications:Should have 15+ years of experience in a critical software development role with high business impact, focusing on architectural strategy and technical leadership.1Mandatory expert-level experience in Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE.1Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end development (e.g., Angular 15 and above
