Job Title: Japanese Language Specialist - Technical Support

Experience: 0 to 5 years (within the SaaS or IT sector)

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

Pre-requisites:

• Proficient in Japanese with good decision-making skills
• Familiar with help desk ticketing solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to stay organized
• Knack for negotiation and problem-solving
• JLPT N1 to N3 or NAT Q1 to Q3

Responsibilities:

• Work as a support personnel to troubleshoot customer queries by following the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to issuesraised
• Follow standard procedures for appropriately escalating unresolved issues to internal teams
• Build relationships with existing ManageEngine Japanese customers and partners to ensure exceptional service and identify business development opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis, as required, to prepare meaningful insights
• Coordinate with support personnel by reviewing tickets to ensure the quality of responses
