Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues while maintaining proper IT documentation and asset records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, applications, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and approved software.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and IT equipment allocation.
• Manage and update IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist with network devices, Microsoft 365, IP phones, CCTV, attendance systems, and other IT infrastructure.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or vendors.
• Follow IT policies, SOPs, security practices, and support procedures.
  
  

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
