Integration Developer

As an Integration Developer, you will work with different integrations towards our customers and system suppliers. Your workdays will be filled with various, fast-paced and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment together with motivated people. You will work with internal and external parties and be a technical anchor to our customers to deliver integrations, new functionality and solve existing problems in our application warehouse.

In your daily work, you will work in agile projects and cross-functionally with other teams to deliver the right functionality and the most flexible solutions for our customers. This position requires a great attitude, good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide technical support, as well as the ability to research, resolve and escalate IT issues when necessary.

What You Will Be Doing

The integration developer will be responsible for developing new integrations, further developing and maintaining existing integrations between the various systems that exist within the business area.

We use Boomi & Workato as an integration platform and to the various systems in the business we integrate via web services, REST API and SOAP API. The work includes requirements analysis / design work, system development, implementation and testing and test automation.

• Be the problem solver and technical anchor in dialogue with internal and external parties
• Deliver new, modified functionality to existing customers
• Designed and developed enterprise services using RAML and REST based APIs
• Develop and maintain services used in application integrations
• Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
• Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
• Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
• Coordinate directly with business users and business analysts to best understand and analyse business specifications
• Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
• Document and manage current integrations
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have experience integrating development, preferably with Boomi/Workato(Any iPaaS tools). As a person, you thrive in a changing environment where you are given the opportunity to work independently and like to take your own initiatives. A broader understanding of the entire system solution will be required, so you must familiarize yourself with things even outside your direct area of responsibility. You are good at assessing what data is available and can make risk assessments linked to both development and operation to be able to prioritize correctly. You are communicative, structured, unpretentious and have good knowledge of English. You have an ability to see system solutions in front of you and are not afraid to "dig" deeper to find the best possible solution.

• 1+ years of experience as a Integration Developer.
• Experience in different Integration Design Patterns.
• Experience with Javascript, Groovy, Tomcat, XML, JMS, XSLT, WS-*, SOA/Integration, and API Management technologies and standards
• Experience with using a JAVA IDE (Boomi, Eclipse, Intelli J, Netbeans) Experience applying Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts including REST-ful and SOAP-based services
• Working experience with Boomi B2B/EDI modules.
• Has strong experience in the Application Integration Architecture, API and Micro services architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions
• Experienced in both Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Energetic and passionate to learn new things
• Knowledge on using tools like JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow in an enterprise context.
• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact
• Flexibility to work in different time zones depending on the integration project
