Job Description
- Excellent oral and written communication with good listening skills
- Candidates should have experience in BFS, Retail & Manufacturing (Domain/Vertical)
- Should have USA calling experience
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Knowledge & experience on selling IT services to verticals like Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
- Working experience with CRM and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo...
- Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation and pre-call planning
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics.
