Infra Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Infra Technology Specialist will design implement and optimize enterprise network services using F5 ADC F5 BIG IP advanced firewall and Infoblox DDI in a hybrid work model with day shift and no travel requirement ensuring secure resilient and scalable connectivity that supports critical business applications and safeguards data for global operations.

Responsibilities

ADIE is seeking a midlevel platform engineer contractor to support application delivery infrastructure across F5 Akamai and DDI Infoblox. The resource will focus on day to day operations incident support and change execution across load balancing DNS and edge delivery platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Support F5 LTMGTM Akamai and Infoblox DDI platforms. Execute VIP DNS and Akamai config updates. Monitor platform health.
  
  

Incident Support Participate in P1 P3 triage troubleshoot DNS traffic routing and edge issues engage vendors document RCA.

Change Execution Implement ServiceNow changes support onboarding migrations and validate deployments.

Platform Engineering Support Assist with HA patterns migrations F5 VE Cloud 2.0 and automation initiatives.

Security Compliance Support patching vulnerability remediation and audit controls.

Required Skills

F5 BIGIP LTM basic GTM Akamai CDN WAF basics Infoblox DNS DHCP IPAM TCPIP DNS HTTPS troubleshooting skills.

Tools Process

Experience with ServiceNow INCCHG basic Git or CICD pipeline knowledge.

Experience

3 to 6 years in network or application delivery engineering. Able to troubleshoot and execute tasks independently.

Nice to Have

Certifications F5 Akamai Infoblox automation tools Terraform Ansible cloud exposure AWS Azure.

Engagement Expectations

Hands on support ticket driven workload collaboration with ADIE Net Serve and application teams.

Summary for Vendors

Midlevel engineer with F5 + DNS + basic Akamai strong troubleshooting operations focused automation exposure is a plus.
