Job Location : HYD/BLR/ PUN/CHE

Shift Timing: 11AM to 8PM , 2 pm to 11 pm IST

Position Overview:

Consultants are professionals with expertise in designing and developing technical solutions to business requirements using various Infor technologies. They are also capable of working and communicating with project team members and team leads in a global/virtual team setup supporting multiple phases of projects. Consultant responsibilities include:

• Understand business requirements and create technical design.
• Hands-on activities include designing and developing Integrations, Reports, Enhancements, Conversions, Workflows.
• Understand standards and best practices in technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with global teams / Work independently in virtual teams.
• Participate in day to day project meetings that cover action items/issues/risks/dependencies.
• Attend training programs in the latest technologies, to learn and deploy on the job.
• Participate in various firm level initiatives to create reusable assets.
  
  

Qualifications Required:

• B.Tech / BE / BSC / MCA, Degree that includes Computer Science
• 3 - 6 years of consulting ERP project experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Infor M3/Movex implementation projects.
• Experience as a team member or team lead in at least one full implementation project
• Experience in designing solutions using MAK, MEC/IEC, Mashup Designer, H5 Client, M3 API, M3 Webservices Designer, Infor ION, ION API, XtendM3, Infor Mongoose, M3 Analytics, Birst, d/EPM.
• Strong Expertise in Java programming.
• Strong Expertise in SQL/Database concepts.
• Experience developing data interfaces with any ERP package with strong understanding of data base usage concepts
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Understands SDLC approaches
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as an Infor M3 Developer or M3 Integration consultant.
• Experienced in any of the extension applications such as Graphical Lot Tracker, Assortment Replenishment Planner, Demand Planner, Equipment Profitability Portal, Inventory Planning Workbench, Scheduling WorkBench, Supplier Portal, Warehouse Mobility.
• Strong understanding of Administration and Security of Infor M3.
• Experience in a Scrum/Agile SDLC approach.
