IERP Product Costing Analyst

Job Description

• Function as a subject matter expert on vehicle order replication process involving Legacy systems and SAP S4 HANA
• Handle user queries related to S4 system functionality of Vehicle Management System module
• Monitoring daily, weekly batch jobs within S4 and ensure the errors are fixed on time
• Monitoring the upstream feeds to S4 VMS from various legacy systems such as Global Order Bank, Vehicle Invoicing & Drafting, etc. and ensure the interface issues are fixed on time
• Monitor the customer master interface from GOLDD to S4 and ensure the data in S4 matches with the source. Also, ensure the sales area and finance area are updated in S4 for new customers to facilitate vehicle billing
• Monitor the vehicle master interface from PDO to S4 and ensure the errors are fixed on time
  
  
  

• Ensure resolution for all the identified errors/issues before month end and recommend manual entries for month end closing for unresolved issues related to vehicle order replication and accounting
• Lead in maintenance of Order Derivation & Action Mapping rules for VMS
• Lead in coordinating and execution of change requests for S4 related to vehicle order replication & accounting
• Provide SME support in analyzing impact of business structure changes on vehicle billing & accounting
• Support end users in analyzing the issues and providing solutions by working with IT organization
• Support new market rollouts from Legacy systems to S4
• Develop and maintain desk procedures on key process steps in vehicle order replication & accounting
• Develop and publish KPI metrics related to vehicle order replication
  
  
  

• B.com / M.com / CA or CWA (Inter / Final) with 10+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of inventory process and Financial Statements
• Good working knowledge in Vehicle Management System (VMS) of SAP S4 HANA or SAP SD is must & Candidate with SAP launch experience is preferred
• Project Management background is an added advantage to this role.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Ability to Coordinate and Lead multiple projects and multi-national teams
