We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the people agenda for our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Chennai. This role will partner closely with business leaders to build a high-performing organization, foster an engaging employee experience, and drive HR initiatives that support business growth and organizational transformation.
How you create impact
Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.
Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation.
Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
Build strong partnerships with local, regional, and global stakeholders across a matrix organization.
Identify people-related risks and opportunities, providing practical HR solutions that enable business success.
Leverage HR insights and market knowledge to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within a Global Capability Centre (GCC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Shared Services environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
Proven success partnering with senior business leaders in a multinational, matrix organization.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other multinational GCC environments is advantageous.
