About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in modern HR by gaining hands-on exposure to HR Digitalization, AI-enabled HR practices, Performance Management and HR Analytics.

As an HR Intern, you will work on strategic HR initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and support the adoption of digital tools that enhance employee and business experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HR Digitalization projects by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.
• Leverage AI-powered HR tools for resume screening, candidate engagement, content creation, reporting, and process optimization.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology platforms and digital workflows.
• Assist in Performance Management activities, including goal tracking, review cycle coordination, feedback collection, and performance documentation.
• Prepare HR dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel to provide insights into hiring, performance, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Create engaging presentations, reports, SOPs, and HR communication materials using PowerPoint and AI productivity tools.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, learning programs, recognition activities, and organizational development projects.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending innovative HR solutions.
• Support HR policy documentation, knowledge management, and process standardization.
• Research emerging HR trends, AI innovations, and best practices to recommend improvements to existing HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR transformation and people-centric initiatives.
  

• MBA (HR), MA Human Resources, or MSW (HR).
• Fresh graduates or candidates graduating in the current academic year.
• Internship or project experience in HR is an added advantage.
  

• Good understanding of Human Resources fundamentals.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Basic Formulas).
• Good presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar productivity tools for HR applications.
• Understanding of HRMS, ATS, or other HR technology platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, think innovatively, and work in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
