The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both Workday and SuccessFactors, including direct involvement in transitioning from Workday to SuccessFactors. This role will be instrumental in data migration, system optimization, and stakeholder engagement across global HR operations.

What will you do?

  • HR Systems Transition Support
  • Support the transition from Workday to SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and process continuity.
  • Collaborate with respective teams to configure SuccessFactors modules aligned with Linxon’s HR strategy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Extract, analyze, and present HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Upon implementation manage reports using SuccessFactors analytics tools.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current HR processes and recommend system-based solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives and training for end-users.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and learning & development to align system capabilities with business needs.

Experience And Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, with proven expertise in both Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in transitioning from Workday to SuccessFactors is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to global HR operations and compliance standards.
