Housekeeping KST

Job Summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts is looking for a Housekeeping Steward (KST) to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the restaurant, including kitchen areas, dining spaces, and back-of-house facilities, in accordance with fine-dining standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining spaces, washrooms, and back-of-house areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations.
• Ensure proper washing, drying, and storage of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly and maintain waste segregation.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and chemicals are used and stored safely.
• Assist kitchen and service teams with cleaning requirements during operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, storage areas, and garbage disposal zones.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and restaurant SOPs.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or kitchen stewarding, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
