What You’ll Do

You’ll own demand gen marketing inititiatives end-to-end, from ICP targeting → campaigns → MQLs → pipeline. You’ll work closely with our Senior Growth Marketer and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and optimize campaigns that create consistent visibility, engagement and pipeline growth for Entropik.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-led pipeline across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
• Drive sourced + influenced pipeline and revenue from demand programs
• Build and run ICP-led campaigns for CMOs, CPOs, Heads of Research & Insights, and Marketing Leaders
• Turn ICP pain points into clear, compelling campaign messaging and offers
• Execute email campaigns (nurture, outbound, product-led, event-led) that convert
• Work closely with Growth, Content, Design & Sales teams to ship integrated campaigns
• Improve MQL → SQL conversion with better targeting, scoring and handoff
• Run organic demand and visibility plays on LinkedIn
• Support webinars, gated content, reports and product launches
• Test channels aggressively and optimize for CPL, CAC, pipeline velocity, and deal quality
• Track what matters: MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, revenue impact
• Close the loop with Sales to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and qualification
  
  

• 2–4 years of startup experience in Demand Gen / Growth Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building MQL and pipeline-driven programs
• Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
• Strong grasp of funnels, lead scoring, attribution, and performance metrics
