• 5+ years in HR, with meaningful experience inside a creative agency, startup, or fast-moving organisation.
• Has owned hiring pipelines end-to-end — not just coordinated them.
• Strong cultural instinct — can identify who elevates a room, not just who fills a seat.
• Comfortable navigating the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, retention, and difficult conversations.
• Trusted by leadership and genuinely approachable to the team — that balance is rare, and we know it.
  
  

We're looking for a Video Editor who sees the story hidden inside the footage. Someone who can take raw clips, shape narratives, and deliver content that keeps people watching. You understand that great editing is more than transitions and effects. If you care about storytelling as much as technical execution, you'll fit right in.Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Strong editing skills across formats - short-form social content, brand films, ad campaigns, YouTube videos, and everything in between.
• Proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. After Effects and motion graphics experience are a strong bonus.
• A strong storytelling instinct that goes beyond transitions and trending audio - you understand pacing, narrative structure, audience retention, and emotional impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality - you can manage feedback, tight deadlines, and changing priorities effectively.
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility - not just polished edits, but clear examples of how your editing enhanced the story, message, or performance of the content.
