About The ePlane Company We are engineering the inevitable. Incubated at IIT Madras, ePlane is building India’s first compact flying electric taxi (eVTOL). We arent just a startup; we are a deep-tech manufacturer solving one of the worlds stickiest problems: urban congestion. We don’t just move people; we defy gravity. We are a team of 170+ engineers, dreamers, and doers who believe that the future of mobility is vertical, electric, and silent.

The Mission Gravity is a suggestion. Boring design is not an option. As we approach our first flight, we need a designer who speaks future fluently. You will be the custodian of our visual brand. You wont just be designing posts; youll be designing trust. Your work will bridge the gap between hard engineering and human emotion, translating complex aerodynamics into a visual language that investors believe in and the public aspires to.

Your Day-to-Day (The Flight Plan):

• Visual Storytelling: Translate technical milestones (e.g., "Synergistic Lift" or "Battery Thermal Management") into digestible, high-impact visuals for social media and PR.
• The Pitch: Design high-stakes investor decks and presentation materials. You will be helping us sell a vision worth millions.
• Brand Guardianship: Maintain and evolve the ePlane visual identity across all touchpoints from our website and merch to the livery on the aircraft itself.
• Event Domination: Create environmental graphics and collateral for major global airshows (AeroIndia, Wings India) where we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Boeing and Airbus.
• Internal Culture: Design the swag, posters, and internal comms that remind our engineers why they are building history.
  
  
  

• Portfolio: Strong grasp of typography, grid systems, and layout. We want to see how you handle white space and hierarchy.
• Speed & Precision: Ability to work fast (startup speed) without sacrificing quality (aerospace precision).
• Tool Stack: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id). Framer is a plus.
• Curiosity: You dont need to be an engineer, but you should be fascinated by how things fly.
