Role: Government Pricing Model N Techno-Functional SME
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Offshore

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Model N Government Pricing (GP) solutions within the Life Sciences domain.
  
• Lead business requirement gathering sessions with Pricing, Compliance, Market Access, Finance, and Government Pricing teams.
  
• Configure and support Model N Government Pricing modules and processes, including:
  
• AMP (Average Manufacturer Price)
  
• Best Price (BP)
  
• ASP (Average Sales Price)
  
• FCP (Federal Ceiling Price)
  
• NFAMP / Non-FAMP
  
• Price Reporting and Compliance
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  
• Design and support integrations between Model N and ERP, Data Warehouse, MDM, and source transaction systems.
  
• Perform impact assessments for regulatory changes and recommend compliant solutions.
  
• Support quarterly and monthly government pricing calculations, validations, audits, and submissions.
  
• Collaborate with business, development, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout implementation and support lifecycles.
  
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production hypercare activities.
  
• Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies, data issues, and calculation variances.
  
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pricing regulations and reporting requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Model N Government Pricing implementations, Data Migration, enhancements.
  
• Deep understanding of:
  
• AMP, BP, ASP, FCP, NFAMP calculations
  
• Medicaid Drug Rebate Program
  
• 340B Pricing
  
• VA/FSS Contracting
  
• CMS and government pricing regulations
  
• Commercial and Government Pricing interactions
  
• Experience configuring Model N GP business rules, calculations, and validations.
  
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for troubleshooting and reconciliation.
  
• Experience with data migration, data conversions, and enterprise integrations.
  
• Ability to prepare business requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios, and solution design documentation.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
