Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and Java to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, database development, and messaging systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to translate technical requirements and documentation into robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Golang and Java (Java 8+).
  
• Build and enhance RESTful and gRPC APIs to support business and system integrations.
  
• Develop applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
  
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT.
  
• Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
  
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions with Microsoft SQL Server.
  
• Integrate and manage messaging solutions using Solace Queue and event-driven architectures.
  
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps.
  
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads in Kubernetes environments.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Analyze technical documentation and convert business and technical requirements into efficient, maintainable code.
  
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang and Java (Java 8+).
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
  
• Experience designing and developing REST and gRPC APIs.
  
• Strong knowledge of Redis and JWT Authentication.
  
• Experience with Maven (MVN) and Gradle build tools.
  
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps.
  
• Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and advanced SQL query development.
  
• Experience with messaging technologies, particularly Solace Queue.
  
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Experience
