As a Senior Application Expert (L3 Support), you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance and availability of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions. Working closely with support teams, operations and development teams, you will resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements for business critical logistics operations.

How you create impact

• Investigate and resolve complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and identify permanent corrective actions.
• Analyze MOCA traces, application logs, database activity and integration flows to diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot system performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Support critical customer escalations and major incident resolution activities. Collaborate with development, infrastructure and other teams to resolve product defects and technical issues.
• Maintain and improve operational procedures, support documentation and knowledge base content.
• Contribute to problem management activities and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor recurring incidents and proactively identify risks impacting system stability.
• Participate in on-call support and business-critical incident management when required.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Domain knowledge in WMS solutions.
• JDA WMS / Discrete experience is a MUST.
• Experience of BY technology stack - MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and labels, WebUI, Integrator.
• A software house, consultancy or project delivery background.
• Strong problem-solving skills – experience of resolving complex technical or functional issues.
• Experience of understanding complex requirements and shaping into solutions.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to articulate technical issues and solutions with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of SDLC processes, ideally agile, and have a good experience on requirement analysis, design and implementation.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Ability to self-manage deliverables and due date.
