Job Description
- 4–6 years of Hands‑on experience in Gen AI
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases
- Build and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Integrate GenAI models with existing applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Fine‑tune and evaluate models for accuracy, performance, cost, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, platform, data, and security teams
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and code reviews
- Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry trend
