Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI) to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their application in project management, ensuring successful project delivery while driving innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize Gen AI tools and methodologies to enhance project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Gen AI best practices.
  
  

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on Gen AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
  
  

• Experience in AI/ML project implementations.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus.
