Job Description

  • Define spare parts for new vehicle programs and serial production.
  • Analyze engineering change notices (COMMODIF/LUP/DEVO) and determine their impact on spare parts documentation.
  • Confirm part interchangeability and supersession.
  • Create and maintain spare parts catalogues (EPC).
  • Analyze BOMs, 2D drawings, and 3D CAD models for serviceability.
  • Define service part sales modes based on repair strategy.
  • Create and maintain part attributes such as material, color, supplier, and technical family.
  • Coordinate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and after-sales teams.
  • Resolve dealer and market queries related to spare parts and catalogue quality.
  • Ensure project milestones for after-sales documentation are achieved.
