Functional Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Lead with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTS and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance adherence as well as pricing optimization. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions in a day shift setting. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP GTS solutions to enhance business processes and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
• Oversee the integration of SAP GTS with other enterprise systems to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance adherence to ensure the organization meets all necessary legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations and future projects.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members and stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of SAP GTS functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage system upgrades and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust controls and monitoring mechanisms.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
