Experience:- 5 Years

• Gather and analyze data governance, data cataloging, and metadata management requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Alation Data Catalog accordingly
• Act as subject matter expert for data discovery, stewardship, lineage, and policy management
• Lead functional setup including domains, workflows, metadata enrichment, and governance processes
• Support integration with enterprise data platforms and security frameworks
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and onboarding to drive adoption and data literacy

• Alation Data Catalog (functional configuration and governance features)
• Data governance, metadata management, and data stewardship
• Data discovery, lineage, and policy management
• Integration knowledge with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement analysis
• Documentation and training enablement

• 5 years of experience in data governance, data catalog, or analytics consulting
• Hands-on functional experience with Alation Data Catalog
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
