Fullstack Engineer Backend Focused

Job Overview

Plan A Technologies is looking for a backend-leaning Fullstack Engineer to lead the architecture and scaling of our server-side systems. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time (approx. 70%) building robust APIs and AI integrations using .NET, while providing essential support (approx. 30%) to our React-based user interfaces.

Please note: You must have at least 5+ years of experience with .NET, +2 years with React, and proven experience working with AI tools to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and maintain high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs using .NET 8/Core.
• Integrate AI/LLM orchestration tools (e.g., Semantic Kernel or LangChain) into the backend workflow.
• Develop and optimize data schemas and SQL/NoSQL queries.
• Implement UI components and state management in React to consume backend services.
  
  

Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 5+ years of deep expertise in C# and .NET.
• 2+ years of experience building modern frontends with React.
• Proven experience working with AI tools (OpenAI API, Vector Databases, or GitHub Copilot).
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
