As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of system components.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
• Ability to work with databases, both relational and NoSQL, ensuring efficient data management.
• Experience in implementing agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
