Job Title: Manager – Finance Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Finance operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and reconciliations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing finance operations and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage finance functions, including AP, AR, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within finance operations.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data, including month-end close processes.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.
