• Knowledge on Forging, Raw material, Tools manufacturers / suppliers
• Knowledge on Forging, processing (Automotive Parts)
• Know-how of which processes involved in Forging process from Incoming Raw material to finished part.
• Extensive knowledge on Forging process, Equipment’s, manufacturers, investments & cycle time
• Knowledge on various types of raw materials, processing methods, Equipments and its suppliers
• Knowledge on worldwide Forging Industry specific to Automotive.
• Knowledge on import, export duties & tax structure of Forging goods and its Equipment’s
• Knowledge on Forging Automotive part costing and analytical skills, Economical parameters
• MS Tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and VBA)

Machining

Ø  Knowledge on Machining, Cutting Tools & Fixture manufacturers / suppliers

Ø  Knowledge on Machining, processing (Automotive Parts)

Ø  Know-how of which processes involved in Machining process from first operation to finished part.

Ø  Extensive knowledge on Machining process, Equipment’s, manufacturers, investments & cycle time

Ø  Knowledge on various types processing machining methods, Equipment and its suppliers

Ø  Knowledge on worldwide Machining Industry specific to Automotive.

Ø  Knowledge on import, export duties & tax structure of Coating goods and its Equipment’s

Ø  Knowledge on Machining Automotive part costing and analytical skills, Economical parameters
