Manage end-to-end processes for:
Quotes & Tender Forms: Preparation, submission, and tracking.
Fleet Reporting: Daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Order-to-Delivery Lifecycle:
Vehicle Finder usage and allocation
Contracting and invoicing
Retailing status and tracking
Customer feedback loop
Handle Ford Pro Convertor Queries and coordinate logistics tracking for fleet movements.
Ensure adherence to Compliance Management protocols across fleet operations.

Responsibilities

Automation & Reporting

- QlikSense for interactive dashboards
Alteryx for data transformation and reporting pipelines

Skills & Tools

Strong command of QlikSense, Alteryx, Excel and great communication skills
