• Explain Spa, Gym, and Health Club products, services, memberships, and offers.
• Know the Spa menu and guide guests on available treatments and services.
• Support guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and helpful service during the shift.
• Coordinate with Spa, Gym, and Front Office teams for smooth daily operations.
