Job Title : Functional Analyst (ISG) 2. Job Summary : Leads and manages the execution of strategic implementation projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client success. Drives onboarding for key accounts and provides expert-level resolutions in collaboration with technical teams. Advances process improvements mentors junior staff and integrates advanced technologies to refine implementation systems and practices. 3. Experience : 3 - 7 years 4. Responsibilities : Establish and enhance implementation processes and systems Lead and troubleshoot complex implementation projects and debugging initiatives Improve and document comprehensive records for implemented solutions Drive the collection and analysis of client feedback for continuous improvement Guide advanced technological integrations and complex setup implementations Ensure solutions meet client requirements through comprehensive testing Collaborate with teams for seamless client integration Mentor junior staff on best practices and process execution Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges Manage large or complex implementation efforts
