We are looking for a detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Revenue Operations by ensuring accurate and timely setup of projects and contracts in the ERP system. This role is critical in enabling smooth revenue recognition, audit readiness, and operational excellence by partnering closely with global business and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Set up projects and contracts in the ERP system using standardized project and contract templates based on inputs received from Operations and Business teams
Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract and project data; perform edits and validations as required
Support audit requests by extracting and organizing relevant contract and project documentation
Respond to internal and external support queries related to project and contract setup within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Partner closely with Revenue, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and process issues
Identify and troubleshoot complex setup issues, ensuring compliance with revenue and contractual guidelines
Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
3–7 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Contract Setup, Project Accounting, or ERP-driven processes
Hands-on experience working in an ERP environment (Oracle preferred; other ERP experience acceptable)
Strong working knowledge of email-based stakeholder communication and ticket-based support environments
High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle exceptions and ambiguities
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide limited holiday coverage as required
Educational Qualifications
Any Graduate
B.Com / Accounting Graduate or Postgraduate
CA Inter / Cost Accountant (Inter) preferred
