A Field Service Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of products and services to clients.   • Foster positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-up visits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of field service experience in a related industry.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with relevant tools and diagnostic software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation for field duties.
