FandB Executive - Fine Dining

Kofteci is looking for a proactive and customer-focused F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain fine-dining service standards, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The candidate will support the restaurant management team in staff coordination, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service operations.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and dining experience.
• Supervise F&B associates and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor table setup, service procedures, and restaurant presentation.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, control wastage, and support cost management.
• Promote menu items and encourage upselling to increase revenue.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain service records.
  
  

• 4-6 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional grooming, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude.
