Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Review and verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
• Prepare financial reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with internal teams to address invoicing issues and improve processes
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
