Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions using SQL Server.

Write efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

Perform database schema design, normalization, and optimization.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand database requirements.

Optimize database performance through query optimization and indexing.

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues such as performance bottlenecks and data corruption.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Stay updated on emerging database technologies and trends.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as a MS SQL Server Developer or Database Developer.

Proficiency in T-SQL and experience with SQL Server versions (2012/2014/2016/2019).

Strong understanding of database concepts including normalization, indexing, and transactions.

Experience with database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, and security.

Familiarity with ETL tools for data integration (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).

Knowledge in SSRS is an advantage.
