How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Analyze workflows through time studies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Lead Kaizen events and implement Lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotics and smart systems into production.
  • Forecast production needs and optimize resource allocation for maximum output.
  • Monitor operational metrics to meet targets for cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Align objectives between production, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.
  • Guide the adoption of new technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

  • Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, focusing on process improvement
  • Proficiency in Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in integrating automation systems and smart factory solutions
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing workflows and identify efficiency improvements
  • Communication skills in English for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools for operational decision-making
  • Experience in designing plant layouts for optimal resource utilization
  • Knowledge of ISO and OSHA regulatory standards
  • Project management experience, including budgeting and timeline oversight
  • Understanding of ergonomic designs and workplace safety measures
