Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems for Solar PV, BESS and Inverter
Perform electrical engineering calculations including cable sizing, protection coordination, grounding/earthing, arc-flash, and loss budget calculations.
Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as SLD, Schematics, GA Drawings, BOM, Wiring Diagrams, and Technical Specifications.
Support NPI activities, design reviews (CDR/DDR), prototype builds and testing activities.
Select and validate electrical components including switchgear, transformers, cables, protection devices, batteries, and power electronic equipment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and procurement teams for technical evaluation, component sourcing, and project execution.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous product improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, Instrumentation, Controls, or Power Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Electrical Design, Solar PV, BESS, Inverters, EPC Projects, Control Panels, or Switchgear Systems.
Strong knowledge of power electronics, electrical system design, protection systems, transformers, AC/DC distribution, and battery systems.
Experience in preparing design documents, SLDs and other engineering documentation.
Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, and MATLAB/Simulink.
Good understanding of Solar PV Plants, BESS, Inverters, RMUs, Switchgear, and AC/DC Cable Systems.
Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NEC, UL, and industry-standard design practices.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.

Work Experience
