To undertake and assist Team/Managers in Core Execution of Strategic Consulting Mandates in areas (including but not limited to):

• Highest and best use studies
• Feasibility studies
• Market research
• Product and pricing strategies
• Business Plan
• Techno-economic viability studies
• Government advisory
• Consumer Research
• Location advisory – Industrial and Occupier

• Self-driven individual with strong analytical, research and communication (written and spoken) skills
• Should have logical & analytical thought process for understanding client requirements, conceptualization of solutions & efficient delivery of consulting projects
• Should be confident enough to have a client interface.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) is a must
• Internal & External Stakeholder Management
• Working knowledge of tools preferred (but not mandatory): AutoCAD, Sketchup, PowerBI, Python, etc.
• Open and willing to travel for work across India to undertake market surveys/stakeholder interactions
