Direct Responsibilities
This role as a Dynatrace expert aims to ensure the implementation of end-to-end monitoring as well as the operational maintenance of the monitoring of Prod and Non-Prod applications for the Digital BackBone project
- Improve and optimize application monitoring components.
- Monitor key production metrics such as latency, availability and error rates.
- Manage and optimize log management solutions using the ELK stack.
- Ensure end-to-end supervision and overall health monitoring of production applications.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of complex application monitoring solutions.
- Challenge existing processes and proactively recommend improvements
- Participate actively in the Dynatrace community and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Collaborate with development , operations and infrastructure teams to improve observability practices.
- Promote automation and DevOps best practices within monitoring operations.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Analyze the application chain to implement monitoring of all DBB components
- Improve and optimize all components of application monitoring
- Develop and enhance observability as code (integration of CI/CD pipelines).
- Contribute to automation, coding, performance analysis and the design of complex applications
- Ensuring an end to end supervision and overall health of applications in production (latency, availability,error rate, etc)
- Facilitate workshops, challenge teams and be proactive.
- Actively participate in the Dynatrace community.
Skills Referential (Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)
Specific Qualification & Technical Skills:
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Dynatrace expert (administration and usage)
- Very good knowledge of log management via ELK suite
- Very good knowledge on Open Telemetry usage and protocol
- Good knowledge of applications, their layers (Front to back) and the different application technologies (.Net, Java, NodeJs,…)
- Monitoring automation (Terraform, Git, Jenkins).
Behavioral Skills:
- Autonomy and ability to lead workshops promoting Dynatrace's new features
- proactive approach in interconnecting all components
- Team spirit and customer service
- Good communication and ability to synthesize and write
- Adaptability in an agile context and a complex matrix organization
Education Level:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or equivalent
