Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflow and API's
• Integrate DocuSign with enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, custom applications) using REST APIs and SDKs
• Build and automate document workflows, including templates, envelopes, and signing processes
• Develop reusable components for document generation, routing, and status tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign integrations and workflows
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable DocuSign solutions
• Optimize performance and reliability of document processing workflows
• Support testing, deployment, and production release activities
• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7+ years of DocuSign development experience
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign templates, workflows and API's
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware platforms
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
• Understanding of document workflows and digital signature processes
• Having knowledge of "Agreement Manager" - DocuSign AI tool is a plus
