Job Description

Your Tasks

Manage translated documents in PLM system:
Receive translated documents from translation coordinators and perform non-linguistic quality checks using standardized internal checklists.
Adapt document metadata in the corresponding PLM system.
Upload finalized translations to Teamcenter or Windchill and initiate the release process.
Collaborate with a local colleague in Chennai and two external translation coordinators in Hamburg.
Occasionally adapt content, formatting or structure in documents.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across documentation workflows.

Your Profile

MA English Literature graduation is must
2+ years of experience in Proofreading area.
Language-related certificates are a plus.
