Role Definition

Provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
• Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.
• Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
• Answers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.
  
  

Must Requirement

4+ Years of working experience on the Web Based application development

• Software Product Business Knowledge

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent

Good To Have Requirement

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent
  
  

This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Relocation is available for this position.
