Description

• Understand and execute tasks based on defined instructions, procedures, and guidelines, including adapting to new releases.
• Create flow diagrams from requirements and translate processes into structured, sequential workflows.
• Perform repetitive and complex tasks efficiently with high quality, minimal guidance, and quick turnaround when required.
• Manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of daily targets.
• Use software tools for data capture, follow organizational processes, and communicate results, including escalating issues or uncertainties.
  
  

Key job responsibilities

• Understand and work on defined set of instructions, procedures, and guidelines for new tasks/releases
• Create flow diagrams based on the given requirement.
• Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
• Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
• Complete complex tasks with minimal guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
• Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis
• Capture results, communicate and escalate failures/doubts
• Own daily targets against internal and external dependencies

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in English, communications, technical writing, or a related field, or comparable job experience
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience with automation and any version control tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service/contact center industry
• Familiarity with IVR/contact flow design concepts such as routing, attributes, integrations (e.g., Lambda), and case management.
