Proficient with project‑management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or equivalent). . Strong data‑analysis capability – comfortable building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Excel to monitor KPI trends. . Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and cut‑over rehearsals (e.g., DR drills, blue‑green deployments).
