Deputy Manager - Engineering

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer with a background in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related fields. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, instrumentation systems, or control engineering. This role involves supporting project execution, system integration, commissioning, and technical documentation.

What will you do:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of instrumentation and control systems.
• Participate in commissioning activities and ensure systems meet performance specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and datasheets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support during FAT/SAT and customer interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in system design and project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or any other relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 and maximum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation.
• Basic understanding of control loops, P&IDs, and process control strategies.
• Should aware of industry standards and practices (e.g., ISA standards) that apply to control system design.
• Hands-on experience with industrial networking protocols and topologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools (AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
