In the role of Demand Fulfillment Planner, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where cross-functional teamwork is paramount. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Manage daily execution of customer orders and optimize inventory allocation during supply shortages.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams to provide accurate lead times and ETAs.
  • Lead daily production reviews with the Factory Cross-Functional Team (CFT).
  • Proactively identify supply gaps and develop strategies to minimize customer impact.
  • Perform simulations to assess demand and supply scenarios, recommending optimal actions.
  • Drive initiatives to address slow-moving and obsolete inventory through reallocation or promotions.
  • Communicate order fulfillment status effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules), Excel, and data analytics tools
  • Experience in the telecommunication or electronics manufacturing industry
  • Nice-To-Have:
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and team development capabilities
