To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst - Pilot Deployment & Playbook Handoff in India.

This role will deploy pilot solutions developed by the Future Factory team into sites and convert pilot learnings into robust, self-executable playbooks. The role will support site readiness, execution tracking, documentation, and structured handoff to Global Deployment teams for scalable rollout.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate deployment of pilot solutions into selected sites, including readiness checks, stakeholder alignment, execution planning, and deployment tracking.
• Work with solution managers, architects, site teams, deployment teams, support teams, and vendors to understand pilot scope, prerequisites, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Prepare robust, step-by-step playbooks that are clear, self-executable, reusable, and suitable for handoff to Global Deployment teams.
• Document deployment activities, configuration steps, validation checks, issue logs, lessons learned, risks, and site-specific considerations.
• Support training, walkthroughs, deployment dry runs, UAT coordination, go-live readiness, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Drive structured handoff to Global Deployment teams with complete documentation, known issues, support contacts, and improvement recommendations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years in business systems analysis, solution deployment, manufacturing IT, application implementation, UAT coordination, or related roles.
• Strong ability to understand business processes, pilot solution behavior, deployment requirements, site dependencies, and operational readiness needs.
• Experience preparing playbooks, SOPs, user guides, deployment checklists, test scripts, issue logs, and handoff documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams, global deployment teams, solution teams, vendors, and support teams across different regions.
• Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and execution tracking skills.
