Must have skills : Oracle Applications DBA

Good to have skills : PostgreSQL

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

The position requires continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly, ensuring optimal database performance and reliability. Collaboration with various teams to align database functionalities with business objectives is a key aspect of the daily routine, along with planning for future database enhancements and upgrades to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to enhance system efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of database installation, configuration, and upgrade processes.
• Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.

• This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
