Collaboration with other teams to support database-related requirements and troubleshooting is an integral part of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices for database security and backup strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align database operations with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and implementation.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Ability to develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with database security principles and access control mechanisms.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
